If they release a DFA* 30/1.4 they might as well announce the full frame
camera.  So they can't do that _until_ the announce the full frame
camera.

If they haven't decided if it's to be full-frame ("full-frame is the new
medium format!") or medium format ("we're serious about your pixels!")
they can't announce *anything*.

Which looks suspiciously like what's going on at the moment.
