As usual it is always useful to look at who is disseminating this kind of information. In this case it is a front organisation for the alcohol, tobacco and 'restaurant' (read McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's etc) industry. This means, of course, that the information they provide is not necessarily the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. It's propaganda (like the information that PETA puts out) and you would be wise not to take it at face value.
