Does anyone know about the Flashpoint tripods from Adorama? I'm
considering one.

Looking through the reviews, it looks to be reasonably good value unless
you really need the full height. The main complaints I saw were the
tripod gets wobbly if you extend the 4th section of the legs and it
won't fit into the supplied tripod bag with a head mounted.
Another reviewer questioned build quality.
Wouldn't surprise me if the tubes were rejects Gitzo wouldn't accept
from the vendor (the ears on the center column look like a Gitzo design
to me).
