With that in mind, you'll notice that I chose the smaller, lighter 600mm
lens, not the big 600mm/4.0 monsters.  IAC, Fred, I "need" these lenses
to make me a complete photographer.  I want to be ready for any
photographic challenge or opportunity.  Plus, I can get rid of my spot
meter if I use the 1200/8.0.  That's a weight saving right there.
