Coming into this late, but... 1) a very small outfit - fast 24mm and fast 50mm, like 50/1.4 and 24/2 2) super-small outfit - ~40-42 (like my Olympus SP 1.7/42 rangefinder) 3) greedy mood <g>: 15mm, 24mm, 50mm, 80-200/2.8, 400/4 or 300/2.8 (not too greedy is it <g>) 4) normal kit - 17/20mm, fast 24mm, 80-200/2.8, fast 50mm or 35mm, 400/5.6
I would like to have backups too, best something slower but more compact, like a 28/3.5 and similar. but that's the midget format... now for real stuff :) 6x6 SLR or TLR or rangefinder with very-wideangle (I can crop to slight wideangle always if the need), triple-normal tele, slightly-wider normal (fast).
