CS4 has had so many installation woes ...
I'm still gonna wait until I've seen a lot of favorable input on this
improvement before I even consider getting CS5.
CS4 is definitely not as stable on my machine as CS3, which runs pretty well
perfectly for me. I jumped on CS4 when it was released, and am regretting it
a bit because of it's propensity for crashing when it is least handy, but
there are things I like about it as well, so it's not all bad.
I'm not as worried as perhaps I should be with apps phoning home and the
like.
I suspect that if CS4 is as buggy as it appears to be, Adobe will do better
with CS5. They can only shoot themselves in the foot so often.
