I have little need for most of the features above and beyond what Photoshop CS2 offers, but I picked up CS4 when it became available at a deal price (thanks again, Larry!). I had zero difficulties installing it, and it has not had any problems in my use of it (Mac OS X system). I'm not so crazy about some of the new UI compared to CS2, but eh? I'll get used to it.
That said, Lightroom 2 does the vast majority of my image management and image processing, and all of my raw conversion processing.
