hi christine, hi ann (if you're reading this) if ann can do the following a) click on a link in an offlist mail b) choose to save and then run the download c) open calculator from start - programs - accessories d) compose by clicking an 8 digit number in calculator e) in the edit menu click copy f) go to the program downloaded and launched in step b) g) right-click into the session number field and in the context menu click insert then i will be able to connect to her computer and see if i can identify the cause of the problem so: ladies, are you still in the loop? cheers ecke
