Well, if you shoot a lot in dim light, then K-5 would be a great step up
for you, Rick. Having seen the samples, it is indeed significantly more
usable than K-7. But I am going to acquire a denoising software thereby
I hope to "reclaim" at least one full stop of K7.

light) than the k10's;
- I have done a fair amount of shooting in dimly lit interiors,

3200 (and Lightroom 3!) and the quiet shutter;
- Switching focus points is, indeed, awkward. I really miss being
able to have the AF button return the focus point to the center.
I've only shot with the K10 once since I got the K7, and that was
just for "old time's sake".
