I know exactly what you mean. I didn't upgrade to the K-7 because I
didn't see significant improvement in image quality. I'm still
shooting with the K20D because it works very well for me.

The improved dynamic range of the K-5 is very tempting, but I'm still
very happy with my Sony A850 at the moment.

The K-5 seems to be very good news for Pentax, though. It doesn't
matter if people bitch about the price if Pentax still sells every one
they can make, which looks like it will be the case. :)
