Assuming you mean teach the Chinese English, you haven't met many Chinese students. They all learn English starting in elementary school and continue learning it through university. Some are better than others, of course. But people who live in glass houses...
The old joke is: What do you call someone who speaks three languages? "Trilingual". What do you call someone who speaks two languages? "Bilingual". What do you call someone who speaks one language? "American". Most of them are darn proud of it, too.
