Point taken. With me they're only booking a service. When 'under contract' the copyright of anything I produce becomes the client's upon completion of payment. It's a one-time fee, as in your 2nd para above. The third para doesn't apply to anything I've ever done professionally, although I am told by a graphic designer friend that stock video is becoming big business and she's keen to start up a business doing just that. Trouble is, I'm a shit businessman! I just like doing the fun stuff ;-) -- Cheers, Cotty ___/\__ || (O) | People, Places, Pastiche ---------- http://www.cottysnaps.com _____________________________ -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
