Dust Alert must work intermittently as is the case with the DA 55~300. I've used the Pentax gummy pen and bulb blower. As I see no spots on the images, I'm beginning to actually wonder if it's on the sensor.(?) Does the Dust Alert come alive only when it actually recognized that the sensor needs cleaning?
