Yeah, I did a small sympathy "cringe" myself, Larry. ;) I've removed a number 
of small dust specs that have revealed themselves in images. Strange aspect of 
this event is that these chunks and pieces of heavy debris DO NOT show on the 
image. Another odd thing is the grayed out Dust Alert in the Set Up menu.
I plan to call a Pentax tech today. Probably the worst possible time of year to 
get it repaired and it's working fine.(??)
