Crazy indeed. We have ongoing drought for several years now, but not as
serious as you do. The prices of water are growing steadily and rapidly
but so far they managed to avoid setting up a daily allotment of water.
They were talks about the progressive taxation, whereas after certain
amount of consumed water the prices would sky rocket even faster, but so
far they talked themselves out of this.
Like you and I said - crazy times.

Boris,
This time last year, we were experiencing the longest and most severe
drought in almost 40 years! We were on such tight water restrictions that
we were only allowed to consume 60 litres of water per day (in a house with
7 people, believe me, that's not easy!). And now, by complete contrast,
here we are, all worried about family and friends who are losing their homes
to the worst flooding seen in decades!
Crazy times!
Would be more than happy to send some your way! :)
