Good for you, Charles!

Mine is still unrepaired, and it reached the 6-week mark yesterday.
So, under my pressure it was escalated to the manager of the customer
service (that's what they can do at the 6-week mark).
I've been told that at this point the manager can decide what they are
going to do, including an option of shipping me a brand-new replacement.
It turns out that the manager herself cannot make that decision, and
she needs to get a hold of a higher-up manager, which is difficult due
to the holiday... I am still waiting for the verdict.
