I got to play with the 50/1.4 a couple of months ago, when the Pentax road show came to town. I've never shot with anything that fast, and it was *amazing*. I think you're right that the zoom is better for this situation, but that one is still on my wish list. Along with a k-5. And an upgrade to cs5. Thanks for your input, Paul.
