Given the simplicity of the 110 shutter system, you would need a new back 
utilizing the film cartridge space for electronics, a 4/3 sensor, and a tiny 
LCD on it's outside, plus a replacement shutter & mirror box, would allow you 
to use the same 6 lenses that are available for the old 110.

For about $500 upgrade cost on the body.
