And for me, it's film and a mix of optical and digital printing.  Until 
we convert a printer over to do quadtone b&w, I'm still doing the 
majority of my b&w printing conventionally, but my colour has gone 
digital for everything except for proofing (which would be too time 
consuming with my current setup, so I just send it out to another lab).

Of course, an inexpensive 35mm style digital that can make a good 11x14 
could replace my current 35mm bodies.  Provided it uses my existing 
lenses, that is.
