That really looks quite scary -- I'll take the ice storm we are due ...
But I'll probably not leave the apt tomorrow if it is as icy as they say
it will be.

Cyclone Yasi is due to hit the Queensland coast tomorrow, with winds up to
200km/hour, which is quite enough to lift off roofs, knock down even mature

collapse if the cyclone is as bad as predicted.
Here in Brisbane we're probably only going to get 100km/hour winds, as the
cyclone is due to arrive about 800km north of here, but these things can
change course very suddenly and quite unpredictably, so we'll take all the
necessary precautions by clearing stuff from outside.
