I always get a kick out of the 25.4mm/inch conversion which they made exact when its not really. That was pure luck it was so close to be able to get away with that on all the conversions....

Metric is fine as long as I don't need to convert it into miles, feet & inches. I'm just as happy to measure in mm, cm, m & km; but only if the necessary output has to be metric. If I've got to convert it, I'd rather have a program that works in whatever unit the final output needs to be in. The scale on the mat cutter is marked off in 1/16 inch increments.
