Agree. Many sleazy operators are check-rated, making that designation 
not really helpful.

Cambridge was check-rated for years, too, and was a regular advertiser 
in Pop, although I think I read somewhere not too long ago that their 
ads finally were bounced because of complaints. (Haven't verified this 
myself -- I don't read Pop anymore.)
