There's a noticeable overall green tint to the image from the
fluorescent lighting. You can see it in the "white" of the wall around
the window behind them.
Save a copy of the image & open it with camera raw. Use the eye-dropper
tool and click anywhere on the "white" wall behind them to set the white
balance & you can see the over-all photo becomes more blue.
Be careful what point you select to make "white". Make the venetian
blinds behind the guy in the center "white" and the skin tones go very
magenta.
Seems to me the most neutral skin tones come from setting the white
point using the wall just above the baseboard on either side of the
window behind the guy in the center.
Other than that, I wouldn't invest a lot of time editing the image.
I deleted the copy I made of the image while I was checking this out.

I, generally, agree with Ann. I just don't discern missing blue.
Think I'd, also, suggest cropping the top, but leaving some space
above the guy's head and using the clone tool to eliminate what
remains of the ceiling light. While at it, I'd remove the light
reflections on the green doors behind them. I'd like not to be drawn
to the red rug in the hall background. If the color could be knocked
down a bit, I believe it would help.

Hi All,
My wife would like to hear what different photographers think if
this composition works or not: http://flic.kr/p/9mbxex She took
this photo at a business event.
Second question is what would you do differently (change the
composition/crop..) - without moving/orchestrating people, - so
that it would look better.
Thank you in advance for all the response,
Igor
