Sinc eyou don't ask sharpest *working* lens I'd say the A* 200 f4 macro ED. Other notables that come to mind would be an M 50 f4 macro, both M and FA 50 1.7, and (stopped down) Takumar 105 f2.5 (6x7). The D-FA 100 f2.8 is right up there too.
