It all depends on what you do with that negative. Printing it from a glass 
carrier with a super enlarger lens or scanning it on an Imacon might yield 
something better than a 12 or even a 20 megapixel camera can produce. But very 
few are able to generate that kind of output. My K-5 pics are far better than 
those I shot with the 6x7 and scanned on my flatbed. But some of the 16x24 bw 
prints I made with 6x7 negs and a Schneider Compuraon 105/56 enlarger lens are 
superior to anything I've been able to produce digitally. They were also a hell 
of a lot more work.
