I do not have lighting stands nor umbrellas but I do have a tripod so not
sure this advice will be helpful. I have never played golf but would an old
golf bag work and how about reusing the bags that some of the canvas type
fold up chairs come in.

I have been in lurk mode of late and will go back to lurking again.

of lighting stands, tripods etc. Unfortunately, I don't really have a good
way of storing and transporting them.  I've been carrying the lighting
stand, umbrellas etc. in a (very) large duffel, but that's not very
convenient when I'm at home.  I'm curious whether anybody has come up with
some sort of a brilliantly handy (and cheap) way of storing and carrying
these things.
