If she is in an area with a Craigslist I would recommend selling it
face-to-face, especially if she is in a decent sized city.
You may notice that the Leica equipment on Craigslist doesn't seem to
last long (post deleted by author).
You can get an idea of fair prices by checking the Completed Auctions
for the same equipment on eBay.
I'd recommend starting prices being higher, since people like to think
they are getting a good deal by offering a little less.

I do not recommend SELLING on ebay, since you end up giving
approximately 1/3 of the proceeds to eBay/paypal fees, compared to
cash in hand.
