They don't want any out of camera fiddling, according to the rules.

They don't want any out of camera fiddling, according to the rules.
But there's actually a dedicated "HDR" category as well as an "In Camera
Effects" category. There doesn't seem to be much point in having a
separate HDR category unless they expect submissions to be manipulated
in post.
