Thanks, Stan! I do want to photograph each tart to keep a record. I can even import a photo to my digital recipe card in my Menu Planner app on my iPad, which I'll do. Thanks for the tip about the book; It's so hard to take good photos of food in my kitchen--I'm going to have to figure out something to get the white balance just right.
