Oh Yea of little faith…

(Seattle's cops were just judged out of control in a high percentage of their 
interaction with citizens by a DOJ committee) (IIRC, 42% of the time) By out of 
control, to be fair, they only use excessive force and are disrespectful to 
minorities and teens.
