not forgetting that, but i had the impression he was taking a bit of the high road (one of several ethical stances available to a "marketing guy"); taking advantage of "good reviews" can backfire if there's no filter at all — i suspect those who read Ned's blog will tend to be those for whom that review he linked to is a bit of a turn-off
