eBay is a pain with malicioius feedback. They hate their sellers -- the people who pay them money. My last neg was from a guy who wanted me to ship before he paid. And they won't remove that despite a phone call and recognition of the situation. But you leave something hostile to a buyer, watch out. That's "feedback abuse". I use eBay only because it's there. So I understand completely.
