That is probably true, because NG probably processes the film, but I don't
think that the cost of processing is an overriding concern in a case like
this. I think that the idea that the new Provia 400 probably wasn't out yet
and the pushed new Provia 100 was better than the old Provia 400 that
somebody mentioned is a likely reason. The photographer may also have felt
it simplified his film supply problem by only using one film.  Of course, he
may have just run out of the 400 speed film too.
