Nice if she can help out over there. Malawi has been impoverished and
until, fairly recently at least, governed by tyrannical rulers (Banda)
for several decades. There was intense religious and political
persecution if one did not worship the state apparatus, complete with
the youth paramilitary for spying, harassing and reporting on
transgressors. You'll no doubt get some unique and unusual
photographic opportunities.

In regards to including the children in the next Annual, I have no
idea what the logistics would be like, if it's only one hospital local
to you, or a large network. In any case I was thinking if via
donation, or by taking a very small % of the proceeds from the book, a
half dozen or so low-end P&S cameras could be purchased and then
round-robin them rough the patients hands for whatever period...
