The 4/28-70 Pentax is very good and compared with your Sigma you should be able to see an improvement in quality. Your needs seem to be similar to mine, so I�d recommend the 3.5-4.5/24-90 Pentax. I have no personal experience of 28-105 lenses, except the Sigma you have, but generally they tend to be not so good at the long end. All the best!
