That article keeps making the rounds, even MJ bought it. I wonder whether it's a plot by the camera manufacturers to keep everyone buying OEM lenses...? :-)
I've been using mount adapters to fit lenses for a decade. The lensrentals.com article is way over the top from a practical perspective. One thing is sure, though: SLR lenses will in general be much more easily adapted to the new Sonys than RF lenses. This is because of the fundamentals of lens design. Not because of any problems in adapter quality.
