The reason California has a helmet law is also somewhat amusing. Gary Busey cracked his head on the pavement in Hollywood riding his Harley, eggs got a bit scrambled. Next thing you know, we had a helmet law. Seems no one really gives a damn about the average Joe whacking his head, BUT if it's an actor, we've GOT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT!!! <G> Norm
