HA! Try living in England for a while, then you can see the reality... Crash helmets, nothing other than well done burgers, cigarettes taxed up to nearly $7 per pack, gasoline taxed up to around $5 per gallon (both to "dissuade usage"), 3 part motorcycle tests with restrictions on what you can ride afterwards, etc. etc. I should point out there are some good things too, but it's very much a flip side of here in the USA. "Live free or die" is what they say around here, although I don't think I have seen the choice enforced yet! ;o) Regards, /\/\ick...
