Hi all,
I appear to have stuffed up. I bought a Schenider Compon S 150/5.6
enlarging lens today. I thought it had a 39mm thread, but it appears to be
40.5 instead. Does anyone know if there is a Componon S 150 with a 39mm
thread?
The current Schnedier brochure (PDF) is no help, it says it is 52mm!
The lens appears similar to the current version, althought the engraving of
"Componon-S" is different so it must be an older version of the same design.
It has 5 blades FWIW.
I guess at a last resort I could try and get a 40.5mm retaining ring and
modify my enlarger, but I'd rather get a lens with the right thread if I can
