I think it went down to around -30c here in Toronto last night. 60km/hr (around 
40mph) winds made it feel colder than -40C. (-40C = -40F). I have about a 2 km 
walk home from the bus stop at 1am. Luckily the wind was at my back. It was 
cold. ;-)
