Thanks for supplying those links. I'm not able to access the pins while it's plugged in and I'm a bit reluctant to run it disconnected as switchmode power supplies tend to need some load to operate correctly. And with the plugs out it probably won't switch on as the soft-power switch is out on the front panel and connected to the motherboard. The power-on signal needs to get through somehow :)
