F****** Windoze 7!!
I track my fuel usage & gas mileage on a spreadsheet. It resides on a
Network Attached Storage drive. All I have on the local computer is a
shortcut on the desktop. I did make backup copies of it anyway on another
drive and on a USB memory stick before installing Windoze 7 on this
computer.
No problem finding the file on the storage drive, creating a new
shortcut on my new desktop & opening the file so I can add tonight's
gasoline purchase to the record.
But when I try to save it, Windoze says "ACCESS DENIED".
I gotta go track down permissions & tell Windoze I'm authorized to
access my own files on my own drives!
Dickheads! Is it any wonder everyone HATES Micro$oft?
