Thanks, Jack - only #3 was a heavy crop - the image as presented is 
about 40% of the original. The other two are about 80% of the original. 
In the first shot the bird is in the top 1/2 to 1/3 of the frame and 
cropping to the almost square format took a lot out of the frame.
