i agree — "putting up" could mean "posting [photos] to the internet" but i'm
quite sure that's *not* what Dan meant; certainly there are no architectural
review boards in the US that censor photos on the internet!
i assume Dan, like me, didn't think those buildings were attractive; i
wasn't sure how to take Bipin's post so i was quiet about it
however, i happen to be a bit suspicious of architectural review boards too
(being the son of an architect and being an homeowner within a locally and
nationally designated "landmark district")
