Jack, I find this one an improvement on the first upload. I really like the subject, but I find it overall still too dark.
Were it mine I would go at it vigorously with a Curves adjustment; I would lighten the fog considerably, and either let the darks go to lighter tones, or hold them by increasing the contrast too.
