Hi Shel.I recently sent a MO to a list member for a purchase and am looking at the receipt now.The onion skin receipt is has Poatal Money Order,a serial number and the amount.I dont see anything that specifys Internation on it though.There was s fee at my end and i believe there will be a fee at the other end but that sounds a little high and long to me(but my MO experience is not great) I cannot see why they would take so long to proccess it. Like Frank suggested,maybe a local Postal Outlet will do it for you. Keep us informed.This could effect many of us.
