Tv mode is my preferred mode of operation with the K-5 II S. It allows me to easily adjust shutter speed, and through that aperture, from one shot to another, without taking my eye away from the view finder.
There is a danger, however. The wheel is rather close to the on/off switch. When I am walking around with the camera off, and I see a photo opportunity that will last only a second or two, my large, clumsy finger have a way of inadvertently turning the wheel as I am rutning the camera on.
