Larry, a few of the reviews for this talked about stacking two, one on top of the other, at right angles to adjust side to side along with fore & aft.

How do you adjust for nodal point ?

Steve, I'm not sure what your criteria for 'nice focusing rail' is. but
I just picked one up from B+H after looking for a reasonably priced one
for quite some time. If you'r e going to be using it alot, this may not
be for you but for the occasional use, it fits my requirement. Low stack
height and reasonable quality for the cost - $19.95.

Interesting, I wonder how something like that would work for adjusting to the nodal point in panoramas.
