Thanks for the heads-up on the 1.4x vs 1.7x converters. I would
imagine that a new FF converter is on the drawing boards right now,
but in the meantime this means that the used market on these is going
to take a big jump. I just snagged an EXC+ one from KEH for $239,
which is about 50% less than they were going for before the 1.4x was
introduced. I have the feeling that the 1.7x will be in the upper 300s
and lower 400s very soon - once MORE people realize this.

I don't plan on being an early adopter of the K-1, but that is one
piece that will be valuable regardless (including on my K-3 II).
