Thanks, Stan! I have solved my problem—on my laptop, I have to have my external hard drive plugged in to be able to "Edit in” on a DNG file. All plug ins are not greyed out anymore. Also, got it working on my desk top as well. Thanks for the screen shots below—and the encouragement to continue troubleshoot the problem.
